Job Description
This role will support the cross-functional project management within TechOps with the respective SMEs/Technical project leaders. You will contribute to the creation and revision of project timelines, TechOps Integrated cross functional plans and tracking project risks and mitigations.
You will be involved in the improvement of fit-for purpose business processes and related deliverables for supporting TechOps project portfolio. This role preferably will be based in Boston or Northen / Central New Jersey.
The role will be primarily remote with some occasional travels (less than 10%)
This role is a part-time assignment for a contractor. The role is anticipated to be 25h/week (on average).

Responsibilities:
- TechOps PM representative for assigned projects (e.g Vial kit development) in internal project team meetings and routine calls with external service providers/CMO: Provide overview and support on inter-dependencies between functions
- Build and maintain TechOps timelines based on dependencies inputs from technical project leaders or timelines shared during internal project meetings for assigned projects, as well as create and maintain TechOps TopLine plans based on these timelines
- Contribute to identify and support project risk, cross-functional dependencies, alternative scenario and mitigation plan, as well as the development of timelines of these alternative scenarios and mitigation plans
- Promptly identify and communicate substantial delay and risk on the project
- Administrative management of TechOps project risk tracker.
- Manage with Function Heads, Technical project leaders and SMEs input, the risks and status of mitigation/contingency plans for assigned projects
- Contribute to the preparation and drafting of meeting agendas and minutes, as needed
- Develop and maintain TechOps process for filing, tracking, and monitoring department contracts and reconciling all active TechOps contracts against the newly established framework
- Support for the revision of TechOps Development Manual
- Collaborate with TechOps cross-functional SMEs (Subject Matter Expert), QA, Clinical and Reg-CMC SMEs
- Maintains current knowledge of and ensures all functional work team activities are conducted in compliance with the full range of related internal and external systems, technology, regulatory, GxP requirements and related policies and procedures.
- Ensures full legal compliance and ethical conduct in all business transactions
- Support for operational excellence initiatives within TechOps
- Coordinate the preparation of the monthly dashboard and incorporation of other business analytics tools to enhance operational excellence and monitor metrics
- To excel in this role, you should have a demonstrated project management and technical background in a relevant field of life sciences (Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment)
- Advanced degree (e.g Masters) in health-related discipline preferred or equal by experience.
- At least 7 years of Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment, preferably cross-cultural.
- Expert in Microsoft Project Plan - At least 10 years of experience, working with Microsoft Project Plan, OnePager
- Experience with creating, populating, updating dashboards with significant experience in MS Power BI, Miro applications
- Experience with using business analytics tools for developing ways to monitor metrics
- Good communication and organizational skills, time management and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
