Job Description

The Supply Chain Associate supports the Thousand Oaks Warehouse Inventory Management Team through hands-on execution of key warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for inventory cycle counting, material handling, and outbound shipping support to ensure the timely and accurate flow of materials required for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

The position requires strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements while working in a regulated warehouse and distribution environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting inventory cycle counts
  • Support day-to-day clinical shipping and distribution operations at the Thousand Oaks site
  • Prepare clinical materials for outbound shipment
  • Coordinate routine logistics activities to support timely shipment execution
  • Complete required shipping and distribution documentation in SAP or related systems
  • Collaborate with distribution and warehouse team members to align daily shipping priorities and resolve standard operational issues
  • Perform material handling activities, including lifting materials up to 35 lbs.
  • Work in temperature-controlled or cold storage environments as required to support shipping needs
  • Consistently follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, and departmental policies
  • Safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) as trained
  • Adhere to safe working practices, including use of appropriate PPE
Basic Qualifications:   
  • High school/GED and 2 years work or military experience OR Associates and 6 months work or military experience
  • Understanding of GMPs, SOP adherence.
  • Warehousing experience
  • Material handling experience, Attention to detail, computer, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice to have: Forklift experience
