Job Description

The client's Commercial Data Acquisition and Governance team is seeking a contract professional to provide operational support for critical documentation and process workflows. This role will contribute to the execution of established data operations processes in a highly regulated environment, ensuring accuracy, process adherence, and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership, precision, and organizational discipline to support internal compliance, documentation integrity, and timely coordination across functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Third Party Agreement Workflow Execution
  • Manage the lifecycle of Third-Party Agreements with data vendors, including submission tracking, renewal timelines, and document archiving.
  • Ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures and escalate bottlenecks appropriately.
Fair Market Value Documentation Support
  • Maintain and track Fair Market Value assessments for data vendors in accordance with compliance expectations.
  • Collect and store Fair Market Value documentation to ensure completeness and audit readiness by uploading appropriate information into compliance system of record.
Project and Process Support
  • Track specific process deliverables using Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams and assist with task follow-ups and timeline monitoring.
  • Coordinate logistical support for recurring operational processes and meetings as required.
Stakeholder Communications
  • Communicate with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement teams as needed to gather input, confirm process requirements, or clarify documentation status.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder input related to Third Party Agreement and Fair Market Value workflows.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication in support of compliance-driven processes.
Documentation and Audit Readiness
  • Maintain accurate and organized records aligned to process documentation requirements.
  • Ensure audit readiness of all files and contribute to audit support efforts when applicable.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school/GED + 2 years work experience OR? Associates and 6 months work experience OR? Bachelors     
  • Experience in legal operations, compliance support, or process and project coordination within a regulated business environment
  • Proven ability to manage documentation workflows with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams; experience using Smartsheet
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working independently within a remote team structure
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Third Party Agreement and Fair Market Value processes or documentation requirements
  • Ability to synthesize information and apply critical thinking to problem solving and process navigation
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a professional demeanor and team-oriented approach
  • Experience working with senior leadership and handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to loosely defined problems, contributing to pragmatic, solution-oriented execution
