Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing cutting-edge analytical methods and ensuring the robustness of biological and potency assays. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative product development, regulatory submissions, and process optimization, fostering both professional growth and impactful scientific contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, qualify, and transfer state-of-the-art quantitative potency and biological characterization assays tailored for release testing, stability studies, and product characterization.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret analytical data to support product development initiatives and meet regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and process development, to provide analytical updates, documentation, and data interpretation.
- Assist in method development, qualification, and transfer projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and scientific rigor.
- Support investigations related to assay performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of analytical procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Proven experience in assay development, qualification, and transfer within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Strong understanding of biological characterization, potency testing, and analytical technologies.
- Excellent data analysis, interpretation skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
