Job Description


Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist, Contractor to ensure the delivery of high-quality products through meticulous testing and quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and performance of deliverables, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across applications to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings, validate fixes, and enhance overall product quality.
  • Document testing procedures, results, and defect logs thoroughly to support transparency and project tracking.
  • Participate in review sessions to provide feedback on design and functionality, driving improvements early in the development cycle.
  • Assist in creating and refining quality assurance processes and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation efforts to ensure client satisfaction and product readiness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance testing for software applications or related products.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing processes with some experience in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to effectively document issues and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
