Job Description


Our client is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives within a dynamic digital transformation environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational change, optimize project delivery processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in Agile delivery and change management to drive measurable results and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups, ensuring teams operate with discipline, transparency, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, sprint schedules, work breakdown structures, and task assignments, tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Escalate timeline, resource, or quality issues promptly to the Portfolio Manager, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Implement and continuously refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management plans to promote stakeholder engagement, adoption, and readiness.
  • Assess stakeholder needs, manage communication strategies, and proactively address resistance points to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support leadership in navigating organizational impacts resulting from digital initiatives, aligning workforce strategies with new capabilities.
  • Leverage digital tools to automate reporting, enhance communication, streamline documentation, and accelerate decision-making processes.
  • Identify opportunities for digital automation and process improvements, guiding teams on effective digital adoption within project workflows.
  • Serve as a vital link among technical, business, and leadership teams, ensuring consistent, clear communication across all levels.
  • Manage recurring meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, capture notes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Provide regular updates, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders, including the Portfolio Manager, Product Owners, and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with business partners to prioritize initiatives, identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and process improvement across project teams.
  • Lead day-to-day activities such as executing continuous improvement initiatives, managing project documentation, and coordinating team efforts.
  • Partner with Product Owners for resource planning, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience; Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience; or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification is REQUIRED.
  • High-level project management experience (ideally 6-10 years), with a strong presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Proven track record leading Agile teams and implementing organizational change strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to high-level leadership in a clear, efficient manner.
