Our client is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change initiatives and enhancing communication strategies across the Technology division. This senior-level role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in change management, capable of developing and executing impactful programs that facilitate staff adoption of new processes and systems. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, deliver expert consulting to product teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement organizational change management and communication strategies aligned with business objectives within the Technology sector.
- Lead change initiatives by guiding teams through transitions, ensuring effective adoption and minimal disruption.
- Provide consulting expertise and support to product teams to embed change practices into their project lifecycle.
- Develop targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout change processes.
- Analyze organizational structures and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
- Measure and report on the success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to align change management activities with broader corporate goals and initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and meetings to promote understanding and buy-in for change efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; 5+ years of experience in change management and communications.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing actionable, targeted communication and enablement plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
