Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the procurement and onboarding of new international contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and strategic goals.
  • Interpret contractual language, clarify the intent of the parties, and assist in negotiations related to terms and amendments throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Lead the redlining process of contractual documents, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Resolve contractual and customer issues swiftly at each phase of the contract, mitigating risk and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Summarize complex contractual issues and develop creative, practical solutions to address risks and improve compliance.
  • Support monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting, including dashboard creation and analysis to facilitate stakeholder insights.
  • Maintain and update training documentation to ensure alignment with current contractual and process requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational workflows and support other projects or tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to process improvements and controls that enhance contractual compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in contracts, project management, and change management.
  • Paralegal experience preferred, with strong understanding of contract law and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks, finance, and auditing processes.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, deliver high-quality outputs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated skill in synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations using organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Self-motivated with strong contract, project management, and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior management and diverse teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage scope changes, acquisitions, divestitures, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong conceptual problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure to vaguely defined challenges and execute pragmatic solutions.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
