Job Description


Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Analyst to support execution tracking and operational management of the GDO hiring plan. This role will focus on maintaining data integrity across multiple hiring and onboarding data sources, enabling accurate reporting, and supporting end-to-end visibility from hiring plan through onboarding readiness. The Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data consistency, streamlining reporting processes, and facilitating informed decision-making as the organization scales its hiring efforts across various programs and transitions. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ongoing data entry and maintenance within SmartSheet and other tools
  • Manage and cleanse complex datasets from multiple systems to ensure accuracy
  • Validate and transform workforce and resource management data for reporting
  • Build and maintain forecasting models in Excel
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and executive-ready visualizations for reporting
  • Support operational analytics and workforce planning initiatives
  • Handle large datasets exceeding 10,000+ lines of data
  • Support reporting cycles by ensuring data is current, complete, and reconciled
  • Collaborate with execution leads to validate hiring data and identify risks or delays
  • Support data transformation and integration efforts to create unified datasets
  • Assist in establishing a clear “source of truth” for hiring and onboarding data
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify tracking, and reduce data duplication
  • Document data definitions, processes, and assumptions to enhance consistency

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proven experience in HR data analytics, workforce planning, and resource management
  • Strong expertise in operational analytics environments
  • Proficiency with data management and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, SmartSheet, and similar platforms
  • Ability to handle large, complex datasets exceeding 10,000 records
  • Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
