Job Description
Administrative Assistant (6 month Contract)
This full-time temporary role will support the Legal department, HR department, and general business operations.

General Business Support
REQUIREMENTS:
This full-time temporary role will support the Legal department, HR department, and general business operations.
Legal Department
- Provide day-to-day general administrative support to include routing documents through DocuSign, electronic filing, composition of correspondence, maintenance of department files and recording of all agreements in the company Contract Works contracts management system
- Maintain and update daily OneNote task list of all pending legal tasks
- Prepare documents (CDA’s, Consulting Agreements, etc.) to agreed standards as requested
- Assist with other projects as appropriate
HR Department
- Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to recruiting, data entry, benefits administration
- Recruiting activities include:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Disposition candidates in applicant tracking system
- Candidate management as requested
- Data entry activities include:
- Draft employee change notice forms and emails
- Generate employee letters, utilizing mail merge as appropriate, or draft letters as requested
- Utilize DocuSign to process documents requiring signatures
- Benefits support include:
- Process and track employee reimbursements
- Other duties as assigned
General Business Support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Coordinate and book employee and candidate travel
- Process expense reimbursements for candidates
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience and education desirable
- 1+ year experience in an office setting providing support to multiple departments
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and change priorities as necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills are a must
- Skilled with DocuSign and Adobe is a must
- Extreme attention to detail
