Job Description

Our client is seeking a Protein Scientist to join their lab. This is small pharmaceutical company with a big impact where you will help bring innovative therapeutic products from initial academic research to human proof-of-concept clinical studies. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting lab personnel in recombinant protein synthesis research and development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the lab Team with reagent preparation (e.g., buffers and solutions)
  • Assist in bacterial cell culture and processing for recombinant protein expression
  • Perform assays for protein characterization and analytics (e.g., SDS-PAGE, Western Blots)
  • Follow standard lab procedures and protocols to complete tasks

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field
  • Familiarity with basic lab techniques and lab safety procedures
  • Previous research experience preferred, but not required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
