Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR generalist support and serve as primary and/or back-up on HRIS and HR-related platforms. Audit and maintain data in systems (e.g. HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.), and perform cleanup as required.
  • Provide analysis and reports (i.e. HR metrics) as needed.
  • Process or assist in the administration of payroll matters. 
  • Assist in the administration of plant HR requirements including recruitment, on-boarding, employee and/or labor relations, compensation and benefits administration, policy administration, performance management, training, safety, and records retention. 
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines. 
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor' s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a human resource related position
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, customer service, mathematical and analytical skillsets
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals.
