Data Analyst, Commercial - Consultant

Our client has an immediate need for a Data Analyst to join its Commercial Operations team in efforts to manage and uphold integrity of customer data in their Customer Master and Customer Relationship Management systems.

  • Responsible for the management, integrity, and maintenance of Commercial Operations’ Customer Master, Customer Relationship Management system, and alignment with the Commercial Data Environment.
  • Support ongoing data quality initiatives for the organization.
  • Candidate will work with Commercial Operations, the field sales force, and IT to update key attributes for customer profiles, organizations, and affiliations between the two. Efforts are inclusive of data entry, data updates, research, and records reconciliation.
  • Day-to-day management of Commercial Operations Customer Master/CRM systems
  • Conduct data cleanup activities to ensure data integrity for Commercial’ s customer universe
  • Work with IT, Commercial Operations, and field sales force to update/cleanse customer universe as needed
  • Research customer data using internet resources
  • Assist in ad hoc and time-sensitive data cleanup projects

  • Bachelor’ s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Biotech/Pharma or healthcare related experience preferred
  • Experience with Customer Master required
  • Experience with VEEVA Network/VEEVA CRM preferred
  • Must possess a determined attitude towards ensuring data accuracy, with strong attention to detail and a high level of initiative. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented person who is goal driven.
  • Must thrive working in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Experience with a commercial organization preferred
